Sleep features extremely low light soothing HD video with complementary natural white noise. These programs reduce the exposure to blue-spectrum light waves, which are known to suppresses the secretion of melatonin, a hormone that influences circadian rhythms and interfere with REM sleep. This series was developed in conjunction with Sleep Medicine Center at Stanford Health.
